Cryptosporidiosis
[Cryptosporidium spp.]

Cryptosporidium spp. oocysts are rounded and measure 4.2 to 5.4 µm in diameter.  Sporozoites are sometimes visible inside the oocysts, indicating that sporulation has occurred.
